World Television Day Assembly Pre Primary

 Television was once referred to as the 'idiot box', because back in those days television was all about entertainment. However, as time passed, television gave us knowledge along with entertainment.

But as we all know, with lots of benefits it also has a negative side. Thus, it is extremely important to keep a check on watching television.
Students of LKG Sunflower presented an assembly on Television- a boon or a bane?. Kids were made aware about the benefits and drawbacks of using television through a small skit along with thoughts. A beautiful dance was also performed by them. It was indeed an informative assembly giving everyone a very important message. " With the change of time and the digital era we cannot expect our generations to be completely away from television but, it's our responsibility to help them to limit it by setting some guidelines for it."

Picnic for Grades- IV and V

 "Life is all about having good times. Love is sharing Popcorn." A picnic is a fun and relaxing way to build memories and enjoy the presence of others that too just after the stress of exams. Keeping that in mind , RPS International School, Sector-89 organised a picnic for Grades-  IV and V to watch Movie "Puss in the boots " at Esplanade Mall sector 37 C. Students were accompanied by their teachers and had a great time with their friends and teachers. They enjoyed watching movie with some snacks and popcorn with their friends. It was a great experience for them. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the day and their excitement continued even after they returned. Indeed, it was a great day for all the students and the teachers. It was a sound and safe return by 2 pm, "Cheers".
