Special Christmas Assembly

 "A true spirit of Christmas lies in your heart." Christmas is a time to give and forgive. Christmas brings with itself the special message of hope, happiness, joy, and merriment. Santa Claus tells us to never let go of that magical element of innocence from our lives. On 23rd December 2022, the students from Grade Pre-Primary-V conducted the Special Christmas Assembly. The students started the assembly on a pious note with the prayer 'Gayatri Mantra'. They also presented beautiful Christmas Carols, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience. Then, a skit was presented emphasizing the fact that the joy and beauty of Christmas is the time to share along with inculcating the spirit of religious harmony amongst the audience. The students also gave keyboard performances, which really made the atmosphere pleasant and exuberant. Day 4 Jingle bells making activity

 🎅 Christmas is like candy; it slowly melts in your mouth, sweetening every taste bud, making you wish it could last forever.” 🎅 — Richelle E. Goodrich We ring Jingle bells 🔔 throughout Christmas⛪ to announce the arrival of the season ☃️, and to proclaim the birth of Christ ✝️. The ringing of bells can be traced back to pagan winter celebrations. During those times, noisemakers were used to scare away evil spirits at night. Among those early noisemakers were bells. Keeping this in mind, on the Day 4 of Christmas week , Jingle bells making activity was done for the classes Pre Primary-V. All the students made beautiful Christmas jingle bells and understood their role for the festival of Christmas 

Day 3 Christmas tree 🎄 making activity

 “Peace on earth will come to stay, when we live Christmas every day.” — Helen Steiner Rice  In Christianity, the Christmas tree 🎄 is symbolic of the birth and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The tree's branches and shrubs are viewed as an emblem of immortality and are said to symbolize the crown of thorns worn by Christ on the cross. Keeping this in mind , on the Day 3 of Christmas week,Christmas tree 🎄 making activity was done  for classes Pre-Primary-V. Children enjoyed themselves to the fullest and made beautiful Christmas trees. They understood the significance of the Christmas tree also .
