Show and Tell Activity (Kindergarten Wing)
"Don't tell people your plans, Show them your results." To improve the communication and descriptive skills in children 'Show and Tell Activity' was organised for Pre-Primary students of RPS Sec-89. It's also a great way to encourage child's interest in a particular topic and also a chance for them to think outside the box. The students learned and experienced the art of public speaking - a skill a child will use throughout his life. In the activity, Pre-nursery and LKG kids spoke about their favourite Means of Transport and UKG kids spoke about Healthy Food and Junk Food. This activity gave each child a chance to be the centre of attention in the class as he or she spoke few lines on the given topic. Through this activity students also learnt to communicate feelings, thoughts and emotions with words. All the students participated actively in the activity.
