Special Assembly (Theme: Independence Day)
"Sarfaroshi ki Tamanna ab hamare Dil mein hai, dekhna hai Jor Kitna bajuye katil mein hai" It reminds us of the hardship and sacrifices of the brave freedom fighters who fought for our countries freedom. But now it is our duty to protect and change our nation, And make every possible effort to make it better. To remember an honour the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters we celebrate independence day. It marks the anniversary of national independence from the British Empire on 15th August 1947. This day is marked throughout India with flag raising ceremonies, drills and singing of the National anthem. To pay tribute to a great leaders and make the young generation aware of how our country got independence from the graaps of the Britishers a beautiful patriotic dance was performed by our tiny tots of LKG SUNFLOWER followed by a patriotic dance performance which brought goosebumps to everyone.
