Kindergarten Assembly (Theme- Hariyali Teej)

  "Sawan Laya Hai Teej ka tyohar Bula rahi hai aapko Khushiyon Ki Bahar" Teej refers to the monsoon festivals, observed particularly in the northern states of India. The festivals celebrate the bounty of nature, the arrival of clouds and rain, greenery and birds with social activity, rituals and customs. Keeping this theme in mind, Young toddlers of Pre-Nursery prepared an assembly on 'Teej'. They wore beautiful traditional dresses. Kids spoke a few lines and thoughts on the importance of the Teej festival, making them aware of the importance of this festival. They performed amazingly and beautifully. Special Assembly (Theme : Hariyali Teej)

  Teej festival is a yearly celebration that makes the advent of monsoon or savan. Teej was the topic of an enlightening assembly which was conducted by the sparkling students of lV Empathy on 29th July 2022. It started with the prayer followed by the thought, news and speech. Students showcased the spirit of Teej through a mesmerizing dance performance. At last but not least, Primary Head, Ms. Ruchi Verma Gehlot, admired the performances and motivated young ones. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.

Hariyali Teej Celebration (Kindergarten Wing)

Teej festival is a yearly celebration that marks the advent of monsoon or sawan. It is also called the festival of swings. Teej festival is associated with Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. The festival of Teej is synonymous with mehendi adorned palms, flowers, bangles, bandhani dupattas and mouth watering ghevar. Young girls and married women wear traditional attire and get together in the evening to sing and dance. Students of Pre-Primary wing of RPS International School, Sec -89 celebrated the festival of Teej with great enthusiasm. The kids came dressed in traditional attires. A Teej Mela was setup in the school courtyard with decorated swings, mehendi stall and dance stage. They were very keen and excited to apply heena on their hands and play on the swings. The celebration was a grand success and a learning experience for our students.  

Special Assembly (KARGIL VIJAY DIWAS)

  "Either I will come back after hoisting the tricolour, or I will come back wrapped in it but I will be back for sure"—Captain Vikram Batra 'Kargil Vijay Diwas' to remember India's war victory and to pay tribute to Kargil Martyrs who are the symbol of courage and sacrifice for safeguarding the borders of our Country. Patriotism is a social value, the feeling of patriotism is to be inculcated at school level to make sure that student becomes the responsible citizen of our Nation. Keeping this in view, the students of Grade l and ll conducted morning assembly in a very well coordinated manner. The assembly commenced with the school prayer, followed by the beautiful thought for the day. Students sang patriotic songs and filled the entire atmosphere with patriotism.
