Gratitude and Thankfulness

 The young learners of Grade 1 Litchi presented a warm and meaningful assembly on the theme “Gratitude and Thankfulness.” Through their thoughtful performances, the children beautifully conveyed the importance of being thankful for the people and little things that make our lives special.

The assembly began with a prayer and pledge, followed by the Hindi Thought by Nishtha and the English Thought by Parikshet. Piyush presented a Hindi poem, while Vanya presented an English poem, expressing the message of gratitude with confidence and lovely expressions.
The assembly was anchored by Tanishka and Gaurth, who conducted the programme with enthusiasm and confidence.
The children then presented the song “Thank You for the Stars,” with Swastika, Akshay, Devansh, Arnav, Atharv, Amaira Gupta, Gyanth, Harsh, Tanishka, Dhruv and Ritwika participating enthusiastically. A graceful dance performance by the students added energy and joy to the celebration.
The assembly concluded with a heartfelt expression of gratitude towards community helpers, highlighting the important role they play in our everyday lives. The children performed with confidence, sincerity and enthusiasm, making the assembly a memorable and meaningful experience.
The students were lovingly guided and encouraged throughout their preparation by Ms. Kirti and Ms. Pooja.
We sincerely thank Shikha Ma’am (Music), Debanjana Ma’am and Bharat Sir (Dance), Simran Ma’am (Art), and Bhupender Sir (Photography) for their valuable guidance and support in making the assembly a success.
The assembly beautifully reminded everyone that gratitude is not just about saying “thank you”; it is about recognising and appreciating the goodness around us.

 “Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.”         — Thomas Jefferson Today, talented students presented a thought-provoking assembly on the values of Honesty and Integrity. Through inspiring speeches, meaningful skits, and heartfelt quotations, they reminded us that truthfulness is not just about words, but about living a life guided by strong moral principles. The programme began with the prayer, proceeded by news headlines and the thought of the day. The assembly highlighted how honesty builds trust, while integrity ensures that our actions match our words—even when no one is watching. The students conveyed that these values are the foundation of a good character and a harmonious society. School Principal, Ms. Shiva Yadav, appreciated the efforts of the students and shared a few words on the same. National Anthem was sung by all the children at the end of the assembly.

Martin Today, the students of class V (Subhash Chandra Bose) conducted a thought-provoking assembly on the theme ‘Power of Reading’. The programme began with the Gayatri Mantra and the morning prayer, filling the atmosphere with positivity.  The Thought of the Day beautifully highlighted how reading enriches our minds and souls, followed by the News Headlines that kept everyone updated. Students then delivered an inspiring speech on how reading is like a silent teacher, guiding us through history, science, imagination, and life’s lessons. They emphasized that every book we open shapes us  into wiser, kinder, and more confident individuals.
