YELLOW COLOUR DAY PRE PRIMARY

 *"Yellow is the symbolic colour of spreading sunshine."*


Yellow is one of the happiest colours of the spectrum. It is the colour of happiness, cheerfulness, fun, an illuminating essence resonating strongly with children. Shades of yellow stimulates our little ones with happiness, energy and optimism.

With an objective to recapitulate and reinforce the effects of yellow colour , *YELLOW COLOUR DAY* was organised for pre-primary classes. To mark this day very special, students and the teachers came dressed in different hues and tints of yellow. Students made various colourful crafts such as yellow coloured icecream lollies, windmills, smileys with happy and sad emotions, and tiger eye masks which they took it as a takeaway. The motive of this yellow colour day was to make them aware of yellow colour and its significance.

 “Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.”         — Thomas Jefferson Today, talented students presented a thought-provoking assembly on the values of Honesty and Integrity. Through inspiring speeches, meaningful skits, and heartfelt quotations, they reminded us that truthfulness is not just about words, but about living a life guided by strong moral principles. The programme began with the prayer, proceeded by news headlines and the thought of the day. The assembly highlighted how honesty builds trust, while integrity ensures that our actions match our words—even when no one is watching. The students conveyed that these values are the foundation of a good character and a harmonious society. School Principal, Ms. Shiva Yadav, appreciated the efforts of the students and shared a few words on the same. National Anthem was sung by all the children at the end of the assembly.

Value of Time Assembly Primary Wing

 “Time is what we want most but what we use is the least."- William penn Today, the students of class V RLB conducted a meaningful morning assembly on the theme ‘ Value of Time.’ — an essential life skill that shapes discipline, productivity, and success. The assembly began with the prayer, proceeded by news headlines and the thought of the day. It was followed by a brief skit showing how proper time management can help students balance studies, hobbies, and rest. Through speeches, role plays, and real-life examples, the students highlighted how managing time well reduces stress and increases efficiency. The importance of creating timetables, setting priorities, and avoiding procrastination was beautifully presented. The message was loud and clear — “Time is the most valuable resource.
