Yoga session

 Team RPSIS-89 organized Yoga session today for class V. Each participant came in with full zeal and energy, and they left with a feeling of renewal and rejuvenation.

It started off with some gentle stretches and breathing exercises to warm up our bodies and then moved to different important asanas.

Overall, today's yoga session was a wonderful reminder of the power of mindfulness, self-care, and community. All the children left feeling inspired and empowered, ready to take on whatever challenges the day might bring.
