Special Assembly (Janmashtami Celebration) Grade III-V

RPS International School, Sector 89, celebrated Janmashtami with great enthusiasm and joy. An assembly was organized by class III Humanity on 18th August 2022.

This special occasion was celebrated by the students showcasing the teachings of Lord Krishna.This joyful event began with taking the blessings of the almighty and preceded with news headlines and thought of the day.

Few teachings of Lord Krishna were shared with the students which signified the true meaning of life. Students exhibited the spirit of Janmashtami through a fascinating dance performance.
The students also presented a devotional song which permeated the feeling of divinity among them. In the final lap, a short quiz was conducted to escalate the reflective capabilities of our young minds.

Principal ma'am, Ms. Shiva Yadav commended the performances and motivated the young ones.
The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.

 “Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom.”         — Thomas Jefferson Today, talented students presented a thought-provoking assembly on the values of Honesty and Integrity. Through inspiring speeches, meaningful skits, and heartfelt quotations, they reminded us that truthfulness is not just about words, but about living a life guided by strong moral principles. The programme began with the prayer, proceeded by news headlines and the thought of the day. The assembly highlighted how honesty builds trust, while integrity ensures that our actions match our words—even when no one is watching. The students conveyed that these values are the foundation of a good character and a harmonious society. School Principal, Ms. Shiva Yadav, appreciated the efforts of the students and shared a few words on the same. National Anthem was sung by all the children at the end of the assembly.

Value of Time Assembly Primary Wing

 “Time is what we want most but what we use is the least."- William penn Today, the students of class V RLB conducted a meaningful morning assembly on the theme ‘ Value of Time.’ — an essential life skill that shapes discipline, productivity, and success. The assembly began with the prayer, proceeded by news headlines and the thought of the day. It was followed by a brief skit showing how proper time management can help students balance studies, hobbies, and rest. Through speeches, role plays, and real-life examples, the students highlighted how managing time well reduces stress and increases efficiency. The importance of creating timetables, setting priorities, and avoiding procrastination was beautifully presented. The message was loud and clear — “Time is the most valuable resource.
