RPSIAN - AN INTEGRATED LEARNER

Experiential learning brings together observation, creativity and active interactions in the Early Years. At RPS students are provided experiential learning opportunities where they ‘learn by doing’ and perform tasks at hand, by themselves, thereby constructing their own knowledge. They help students remain focused, learn and internalize concepts. The students have control over their own pace of learning and in the process, develop various essential skills. This approach to learning makes the RPS educational environment student- centered. Students are able to evaluate, think critically, take decisions and master knowledge by constructing it. Learning experiences may be cooperative, collaborative or independent, encouraging the students to work together and they learn how to question and evaluate evidence. This interactive and inspiring teaching technique induces true love for learning and instills in one, self-responsibility and commitment. Following are the glimpses of activities that keep our dear students engaged and happy!
