"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self."      - The Bhagavad Gita🧘‍♂️🧘 International Yoga Day, also known as World Yoga Day, is celebrated annually on June 21st. The United Nations General Assembly declared this day in 2014 to raise awareness worldwide about the many benefits of practicing yoga. The date was chosen to coincide with the summer solstice, the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, which holds special significance in many cultures. The day is marked by various yoga sessions, events, and activities aimed at promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.  International Yoga Day serves as a catalyst for fostering a healthier, more balanced, and connected world. Students of RPSIS-89 performed beautiful poses on the auspicious day and motivated their family members too.

Father's Day is a special day dedicated to honouring and celebrating fathers and father figures for their contributions, love, and guidance. It is a time for families to express their appreciation and gratitude through various activities and gifts. It is an opportunity to create cherished memories and strengthen familiar bonds. Keeping the same in mind various activities were planned for children which strengthen the bond between them and their fathers by fostering shared experiences, communication, and quality time together. They help in building a foundation of love, trust, and mutual respect, which is crucial for a strong, enduring relationship.
