World population Day Assembly Primary Wing

 "To save the world, to protect the tomorrow, we have to control the population today." 

Population Day is of great significance as the day is observed annually to highlight the problem of increasing population. World Population Day sheds light on the fact that the rapid rise in the population impacts various aspects of the resources that human being needs to survive. Class Ill presented a wonderful assembly on 10th July 2025 to highlight this crucial topic. 

The programme began with the prayer and was proceeded by the news headlines. A beautiful thought for the day was also shared which proceeded with a beautiful poem which shared the significance of controlling population. This was followed by an amazing speech which emphasized on this important topic. 

Through speeches, informative presentations, slogans, and a meaningful skit, the assembly shed light on the challenges of overpopulation—such as resource scarcity, environmental impact, and the need for sustainable development. The students emphasized the power of education, family planning, and responsible choices in building a balanced and healthier future. The assembly encouraged everyone to think critically about how small actions today can lead to a better tomorrow. 

Respected Principal Ma’am, Ms. Shiva Yadav, appreciated the efforts put in by the young students and shared a few words. To conclude with the assembly, National Anthem was sung by all.

 "On this Mahashivratri, May Lord Shiva bless you with peace, prosperity, and happiness." A special assembly was conducted by the students of grade 2 Strawberry. It began with the Gayatri Mantra and prayer song sung by all the students followed by Hindi and English thoughts of the day. A beautiful poem was recited by Aanvi and Aanya. Solo dance was performed by Srinika Sanyal. Amazing facts about lord Shiva were presented by the students. A wonderful group dance was performed by the students.  "Embrace the teachings of lord Shiva, for in simplicity, you will find the truth". Students showed their feelings towards lord Shiva through this assembly. Respected Principal Ma'am, Ms. Shiva Yadav appreciated the efforts of the students and shared a few words on Shivratri and encouraged the students towards prayer and religious values. The national anthem was sung by the students at the end of the assembly.

Independence Day Assembly Grade I & II

"May the essence of freedom always be with us. Happy Independence Day to all Indians!" May the colours of freedom paint your life with happiness and prosperity. May you feel free and triumphant on this day of Liberation." RPS International School sector 89, celebrated Independence Day. On this special occasion, the students of grade 2 Blueberry elaborated its significance.The programme began with the prayer by all the students followed by hindi and English thoughts of the day. A glorious skit was also performed by the students which signified the importance of freedom fighters. Students showcased the spirit of Independence Day through a mesmerizing dance performance. Respected Principal Ma'am Ms. Shiva Yadav, admired the performances and motivated the students. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem.

Health is a human right, not a privilege. Let’s build a healthier, fairer world for everyone. An informative assembly was conducted by the zestful students of Class V on 7th April 2025. The students had highlighted the importance of one's health and shared few ways to stay healthy. The programme began  with the assemblage taking the blessings of the almighty and everyone wished for a good health. The assembly proceeded by keeping everyone up to date with the news headlines. A thought for the day was also shared.  Students took the stage and delved into the significance of ensuring good health and well-being for all. They discussed the importance of access to healthcare, mental wellness, and promoting healthier lifestyles, shedding light on various aspects of SDG-3 and its impact on individuals and communities worldwide.
