World population Day Assembly Primary Wing
"To save the world, to protect the tomorrow, we have to control the population today."
Population Day is of great significance as the day is observed annually to highlight the problem of increasing population. World Population Day sheds light on the fact that the rapid rise in the population impacts various aspects of the resources that human being needs to survive. Class Ill presented a wonderful assembly on 10th July 2025 to highlight this crucial topic.
The programme began with the prayer and was proceeded by the news headlines. A beautiful thought for the day was also shared which proceeded with a beautiful poem which shared the significance of controlling population. This was followed by an amazing speech which emphasized on this important topic.
Through speeches, informative presentations, slogans, and a meaningful skit, the assembly shed light on the challenges of overpopulation—such as resource scarcity, environmental impact, and the need for sustainable development. The students emphasized the power of education, family planning, and responsible choices in building a balanced and healthier future. The assembly encouraged everyone to think critically about how small actions today can lead to a better tomorrow.
Respected Principal Ma’am, Ms. Shiva Yadav, appreciated the efforts put in by the young students and shared a few words. To conclude with the assembly, National Anthem was sung by all.
