Keep dancing Assembly Grade I

"Dance is the Joy of the Movement and Heart of the Life.” 

International Dance Day is celebrated on the 29th of April every year. This day is celebrated to give value to this spectacular art form. We believe that the power of dance is limitless.

The students of Grade I celebrated this art form through a special assembly "Keep dancing". The aim of celebrating International Dance Day is to rejoice in the dance, revel in the universality of this art form, cross all cultural barriers, and bring people together with a common language i.e Dance.

The students of grade I are very well accustomed to the significance of Dance in one’s routine lifestyle. They understand that ‘Dance’ can prepare anyone for life. The word Dance is a perfect blend of Discipline; Attitude,Never Quit and  Confidence.

The students of grade I Grapes started Assembly with prayer song following Hindi and English thought.

The idea behind celebrating ‘International Dance Day’ was to encourage participation and educate students about multiple dance forms as well as different Folk Dances of India. The Indian folks - Tippani, Kaikotikali, Bihu, Cheraw, Bhangra, and Koli dances were meticulously executed with pure coordination. Indian folk dances are full of energy and vitality. 

 These mesmerizing, powerful and alluring dances left the audience awe-struck with their perfect energetic. Honourable Principal Ma'am Ms.Shiva Yadav appreciated the efforts of tiny toddlers and the teachers behind the assembly.
