International Yoga Day (GRADE I & II)

 International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st June every year to spread the awareness about the importance and health benefits of yoga. The theme for this year is " YOGA FOR HUMANITY". Yoga helps to balance the body and

mind. Yoga is widely practiced for health and relaxation, its roots are in the ancient India and are considered as an ascetic Hindu spiritual discipline practice.
To show the importance of yoga in our daily life, our students of GRADE I-II took part in the yoga practice and these young minds gracefully demonstrated different forms of asanas and they took pledge to keep themselves healthy and to follow a good lifestyle.
