International Yoga Day 2021
Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfillment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being.
International Day of Yoga is celebrated every year on 21st June. As the world is going through difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become imperative for everyone to take good care of their mental and physical health. Hence, celebrations like International Day of Yoga become more significant than ever. The main theme of IDY 2021 is "Yoga for Wellness", which is aligned to the current pre-occupations.
