Community Helpers-Learning Lifeskills

As parents, we try to prepare our children for any possible situation they may find themselves in, from teaching simple tasks like memorizing their phone numbers to how to react when they see someone hurt. In the context of emergency situations, it’s vital to introduce the concept of community helpers for kids to  help them recognize and trust the people who are charged to serve and protect, like doctors nurses , teachers , drivers , maids , vegetable vendor etc..
For kids, community helpers are people who work together to make the community a better place for everyone.  RPS89 teaches these lessons not only to increase vocabulary and general knowledge, but also to prepare children with an understanding of how to interact and give respect to these community helpers.

Picnic for Grades- IV and V

 "Life is all about having good times. Love is sharing Popcorn." A picnic is a fun and relaxing way to build memories and enjoy the presence of others that too just after the stress of exams. Keeping that in mind , RPS International School, Sector-89 organised a picnic for Grades-  IV and V to watch Movie "Puss in the boots " at Esplanade Mall sector 37 C. Students were accompanied by their teachers and had a great time with their friends and teachers. They enjoyed watching movie with some snacks and popcorn with their friends. It was a great experience for them. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the day and their excitement continued even after they returned. Indeed, it was a great day for all the students and the teachers. It was a sound and safe return by 2 pm, "Cheers".
