Graduation Day - Stepping Stone in Child's Life

 “May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day. May song birds serenade you every step along the way. May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that’s always blue.”
Amidst academic and co-curricular activities and their hectic schedules, each student, teacher and staff have their eyes focused on one event – “The Graduation Day” in the academic calendar. The beams of laughter, the tears of sorrow, the hard work, and appreciation and then the final countdown begins for this most awaited day.
On Saturday, March 16, 2019, the RPS International School wore a festive look, illuminated with shining faces of kindergarten, as school celebrated the 1st Graduation Ceremony of their KG students. The function started with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, Dr.Pavitra Rao, Chairperson of RPSGOS, followed by her speech. She expressed her heart out by appreciating the children and teachers for the personal touch and happy environment all around in the school. The cultural extravaganza was interspersed with the most important event of the day- The Graduation of KG students to the Primary class. They walked the ramp adorned in traditional convocation gowns and caps. Their smiling faces were welcomed by rapturous applause from the audience as they received Certificate of Graduation by the chairperson. It was indeed heartwarming to see teary eyed parents as they watched their little angels grow into butterflies ready to flit away into the sky yonder. In her address, Dr.Pavitra Rao said that today we stand proud of a new beginning, as our little ones move forward from Kindergarten to Grade One. These little ones that are receiving their first diplomas will be our future high school graduates, moving forward to yet another new beginning in the different chapters of their lives.

Picnic for Grades- IV and V

 "Life is all about having good times. Love is sharing Popcorn." A picnic is a fun and relaxing way to build memories and enjoy the presence of others that too just after the stress of exams. Keeping that in mind , RPS International School, Sector-89 organised a picnic for Grades-  IV and V to watch Movie "Puss in the boots " at Esplanade Mall sector 37 C. Students were accompanied by their teachers and had a great time with their friends and teachers. They enjoyed watching movie with some snacks and popcorn with their friends. It was a great experience for them. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the day and their excitement continued even after they returned. Indeed, it was a great day for all the students and the teachers. It was a sound and safe return by 2 pm, "Cheers".
