VIRTUAL CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION:PRIMARY WING

Image
The Primary Department of RPS celebrated Christmas with great exuberance. The online classes were swathed in festive colours to spread the Christmas cheer as the entire week was marked with fun-filled activities. The Primary buds came dressed in red, white and green attire, wearing their Santa caps, for the virtual celebration! There was glee and holiday fervour in the air. Teachers explained the significance of the festival, followed by the Christmas story, complete with props and puppets. They all sang the rhymes and carols and danced to foot-tapping music! It was not just carols that reverberated in the air, but creativity, too, was in full bloom! The young buds were at their innovative best while designing Christmas themed craftwork! Our young RPSians happily imbibed the Christmas spirit of caring and sharing through the joyous celebration and activities, wishing all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

BOOKMARK ACTIVITY

The pandemic did not compromise the planned calendar of activities, simply witnessed a shift in venue to the virtual world. During online class, the students of Pre-primary Wing were asked to make Bookmarks using paper and basic materials available with them at home. Under the gifted guidance of learned leaders, they made beautiful Bookmarks and displayed their creativity.

The world is but a canvas to the imagination.” —Henry David Thoreau Giving children opportunities to paint with their fingers helps them develop their fine motor skills and encourages them to be creative. The activities planned are experiential, age appropriate, thought provoking and highly enjoyable for the young minds. Lets have a look!

White Colour Day

"𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 RPS89" As part of the virtual learning experience being offered to our Little Buds, the students participated enthusiastically in 'White Colour' Activity. Learned Leaders planned a plethora of activities which reiterated the significance of the colour. It was a visual treat to watch our little munchkins enjoying, learning, and developing their cognitive and visual skills in a fun way. The credit must be shared by our parents who were involved with our blooming buds and made this activity a grand success!
