A good story telling session can do wonders to a child’s imagination and can really work at enhancing his/her expression. It was this thought that led us to arrange a storytelling session for classes I and II on Tuesday November 28,2018 at RPS International School,sec-89. It was conducted by Scholastic Corporation. The students of RPS International School sec-89 celebrated Children’s Day on 14th November, the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of Independent India. In order to facilitate the students, different activities and programs were organised keeping their likes and interest in view. Instead of the students for a change, the morning assembly was conducted by the teachers’. They entertained the students with a brain-teasing quiz, a thought for the day, exhilarating sports activities, musical performance ‘Bache Man Ke sache’ and the power packed dance performance. Students cheered their teachers as they saw them on stage and were overwhelmed with the entire effort. Apart from it, little tykes of grade I to III were participated in drawing competition organized by Tata Motors. Winners were rewarded by the CEO and the School Principal. All the participants were received various stationery items. Of course, class teachers distributed the chocolates too. T
