Raksha Bandhan – Celebrating the Bond of Love

Raksha Bandhan is a beautiful festival that celebrates the special bond of love, care, and protection between brothers and sisters. To make the occasion joyful and meaningful, a Rakhi Making Activity was organised for the students of Grades I and II on Thursday, 27th August 2026.

The young learners participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativity by making colourful and beautiful Rakhis using different craft materials. The activity provided them with an opportunity to explore their imagination, enhance their fine-motor skills, and express their creativity.

The children also came dressed in ethnic attire, adding a festive charm to the celebration. Through this activity, they learnt the significance of Raksha Bandhan and understood the values of love, respect, care, and togetherness that make the sibling bond truly special.

It was a joyful and enriching experience for all the students, filled with creativity, laughter, and the spirit of celebration.
