Storytelling Session

Children have an innate love for stories. Stories create magic and a sense of wonder at the world. A good story telling session can do wonders to a child’s imagination and can really work at enhancing his/her expression. It was this thought that led us to arrange a storytelling session for class  IIA on Tuesday April 23,2019 at RPS International School,sec-89. The storyteller Mr.Sanjeev Abhilashi,  who is very creative, used mediums like facial expressions, voice modulation to keep the children engaged and interested throughout the session. Students enjoyed the impersonations of different characters and seemed transported into an imaginary world! The lit up faces and mesmerized looks spoke volumes about the interest it had generated in the children. Their feedback soon after the session was ‘brilliant, epic, fantastic, amazing and…….fabulous'.
 Every happy memory created for children is the biggest treasure for me - said by School Principal,Dr.Roopa Marwaha Bhalla.

Picnic for Grades- IV and V

 "Life is all about having good times. Love is sharing Popcorn." A picnic is a fun and relaxing way to build memories and enjoy the presence of others that too just after the stress of exams. Keeping that in mind , RPS International School, Sector-89 organised a picnic for Grades-  IV and V to watch Movie "Puss in the boots " at Esplanade Mall sector 37 C. Students were accompanied by their teachers and had a great time with their friends and teachers. They enjoyed watching movie with some snacks and popcorn with their friends. It was a great experience for them. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the day and their excitement continued even after they returned. Indeed, it was a great day for all the students and the teachers. It was a sound and safe return by 2 pm, "Cheers".
